Dr. Eric Luster serves as the CEO of Movement Interactive, Inc.

in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the inventor of Hiji Band, a device created to track movement and detect/report on Traumatic Brain Injury. After 14 years of working as a nuclear biology specialist, research scientist and engineer in the top ranks of the Department of Defense, Eric began his pioneering work around concussion detection and wearable technologies in 2012.

Today, as a visionary leader and business executive, he is on a mission to develop innovative products that solve problems. As the president of the board of directors of Waymark Gardens (Senior Living Community – 150 units) and Community Advisory Board member for ASU’s Center for Innovation in Healthy and Resilient Aging (CIHRA); Eric continues to use his expertise to make an impact.

Currently, Eric is leading the effort to build an additional 150+ unit senior living facility that will be equipped with sustainable and smart technologies. This effort will allow for seniors to age in place, provide safety, all while providing connectivity to their loved ones. 

Topher Keene is the Chief of Staff for Arizona Disciples Homes Inc. He has more than a decade of experience in leading teams, training sales forces, coaching executives, and training managers. Topher holds degrees and certifications from the University of Maine and the New England Conservatory and formerly served as the head of Learning & Development for a major Boston-Based Consultancy Firm. Topher also has extensive experience in education, psychometrics, assessment, and best practices in employee development. He frequently appears as a keynote speaker and presenter at regional and national conferences.

Jake Mehlberg is an active board member for Waymark Gardens, and has +20 years of experience as a business analyst, delivery executive, and several talent acquisition leadership roles supporting Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial, IT, and Engineering industries. Jake also carries ASE/BSIS degrees, and is best known for building high performing teams that proactively address the ever-changing challenges companies are facing when procuring talent. He comes from a long family history of home builders and caretakers, so he’s passionate to combine his personal and professional background to challenge the status quo and improve senior living facilities.

Jasmon relocated to the valley 7 years ago, moving from a small military town just south of phoenix. Coming from a multicultural background of hard working entrepreneurs, Jasmon learned her passion for the service of others and began to carve out her desire for innovation. At the peak of her Secondary education; she was able to hone her skill set and drive for culturally competent healthcare, the importance of patient-centered care, and the need for integrated care in our communities. Jasmon has completed her Bachelors of Science in the field of Health Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Professional Studies; while also completing the additional requirements for a concentration in family and human development. Continuing her education at Arizona State, Jasmon completed her Masters in the Science of Health Care Delivery and obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Jasmon is coming from a Director of Integrated Healthcare and PR role where she oversaw multiple facilities, participated in neighborhood block watches, coalitions, sat on numerous boards, various review teams, and task forces. She is excited to be part of the innovation and integration as we grow as a culture and exceed all expectations.

Sonia Bhogal is the Administrator at ADH, Inc. and owner of Commercial business Av Trucking. Early on, Sonia focused her career in the healthcare industry and holds a double Major in Biology and a Masters in Medicinal Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Colorado Boulder. Sonia worked under many healthcare positions such as, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapy Director. In 2011, she used her leadership skills and expertise to reposition herself to become an entrepreneur where she founded and operated Av Trucking company. Through this experience she has gained expertise in workforce development and administrative management.

As an entrepreneur She is not limited to one single task, but to several tasks that keep the business running efficiently. Over the years, she gained knowledge in the areas of retaining human capital, training and development of the workforce, managing administration. Sonia prides herself on the quality of her work and work ethics. She is a team player and believes strongly in building team oriented environments. A free thinker who goes beyond the limits of the corporate walls and creates an opportunity when others do not see that one exists.

Ian Barr is a student at Arizona State University currently pursuing his Masters In Industrial Design. Born in Seattle, WA, He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and has an extensive background in visual Arts. Ian aims to approach design with a loose and gestural quality while tackling core topics such as human-environmental interaction and universal design. His projects cover topics ranging from emergency relief, community housing solutions and modular products.

Recently he was awarded ASU’s design excellence award and has had works featured in two public exhibitions. Ian joined the team at ADH, Inc. as Design Intern after working with the residents at Waymark Gardens to design new solutions to existing challenges they faced. In his personal life, Ian enjoys engaging in activities such as illustration, music creation, and photography.

Sbewu is a College sophomore Civil Engineering major with a background in property science. Known for critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. He is from South Africa and speak Bilingual in Isixhosa. He is also fast learner who's very ambitious and disciplined with the ideology to help and uplift others wherever you go, through eagerness to continuously learn, obtaining a trait of humbleness and selflessness. He plays professional rugby in South Africa and also in the states. Enjoys building strong relationships with people surrounding him.
